In the matter of the application of Mrs Lee Sing Wot for a writ of Habeas Corpus }

And now on this 30th day of April AD 1889 at Chambers at Seattle before the Judge of the above entitled Court, Charles M Bradshaw Collector of Customs of the District of Puget Sound having made return to the suit heretofore granted herein WH White Esq United States Atty for Washington Territory appearing on the part of the United States and for said Respondent & Morris B Sachs Esq appearing for the petitioner and after arguments by the respective counsel and the court being fully advised in the premises, denies the application of the said Mrs Lee Sing Wot for discharge in the writ of Habeas Corpus and remand the said Mrs Lee Sing Wot to the custody of said Respondent in Collection aforesaid to be dealt with according to law
