Regular Terms of Court. Are Held At Walla Walla- On 2d Monday of May and the 4th Monday of November of each year. Colfax- On the 2d Monday of June and the 2d Monday of December of each year. Pomeroy- on the 3d Monday of March and the 1st Monday of October of each year.

On re application of George Grant for release on Habeas Corpus.

This case having come on to be heard on the return of the Archer S. Bowlels sheriff. The defendant and [?] D Ejbert his attorney and T.J. Anders on the part of the Territory being present before his home. WG Langford Judge sitting in chambers. The evidence being heard and argument by counsel. It is was adjudjed and decreed that the said Geo Grant be discharged and released from the custody of said sheriff.
