I hereby certify that in pursuance of the within Execution I levied upon the following described personal property the property of the within named Deft in Walla Walla County W.T in the 12th day of July 1871 to wit 1 Chesnut American[?] mare 1 Dark Brown " " 1 set of Harness 1 40 hundred [?] and I further certify that after receiving a proper notice from the clerk of the District Court that an appeal have been taken and bond filed I did on the 13th day of July 1871 release the above describe property
