Plff for reply to Deft answers and return denies that for several years last past or for any time past has not made provisions for said Louisa Jane Derrick and denies that during the time Plff was at Montana Territory Plff had not before going there made provisions for the support and comfort of said Louisa Derrick that when said Louisa came to deft she was poorly clad or in want or actually suffering for the necessaries of life admits that Plff has no house of his own but says that he provides a comfortable place for him and his said child Denies any information and [?] that said Louisa has since she has been at Defts house kept good company and denies in information that Deft is a woman of good repute
