and the said James McClure on behalf of said Hannah & Sarah comes and suggests to the Court here that the return of said Rolla to the said Habeas Corpus is insufficient & uncertain: and that said Rolla did at the time of serving said writ of habeas corpus on him, & since that time, have the said Hannah & Sarah & each of them in his custody & subject to his power & control.
