John Young vs Dolly } SS In the St Louis Circuit Court Wash Terr 1828

And the said John Young by his attorney, comes and defends the force and injury when, &c and says that he is not guilty of the said supposed tresspass above said to his charge, or any part through, in manner and form on the said Dolly hath above thereof complained against him. And of this he then said John Young puts himself up on the country &c
