Defendant - McGirk, Isaac C.

Note: Freedom suit, plaintiff, about 40, claimed defendant forcibly removed her to Feever River mines [now Galena River] in Northwest Territory [now Galena, IL & southwest Wisconsin], holding her there for 6 months. Writ of habeas corpus to produce Dolly included.
