I Ta-Ta)Pi-Cha, being first duly sworn on oath depose and say that I am one of the petitioners-- in the above entitled matter and cause, and that I am the husband of the petitioner, Lelah-Puc-ka-Chee, that I have had carefully interpeted to me the foregoing reply and affirmative defense, That I fully know and understand the allegations and contents therein alleged, That all the said contents and allegations therein contained are each and all correct and true as I do verily believe.
