DEMURRER OF RESPONDENT, JOHN L. SULLIVAN.

Comes now John L. Sullivan, respondent herein, and demurs to the petition of the petitioner herein for a writ of habeas corpus, for the reason and upon the grounds as follows:

It appears therefrom that the above entitled court has no jurisdiction of the matter set forth therein.

- II -
That said petition does not state facts sufficient to entitle the petitioner to have said writ of habeas corpus issued.
