To the Sheriff or the Constable of said County: WHEREAS, W.D. Gillespie has this day complained in writing: under oath, to the undersigned one of the Justices of the Peace, in and for said county, that on the 26 day of June 1886, in said county and Territory.

Ray Raymond did purposely and of her deliberate and premeditated malice aforethought kill James Finch, by then and there shooting him in the neck with a pistol.

THEREFORE, In the name of the United States, you are commanded forthwith to apprehend the said Ray Raymond and bring him her before me to be dealt with according to law. Given under my hand, this 26th day of June 1886.
