Ray Raymond v. Territory of Washington. Testimony of J. M. Morgan

 

Dr J. M. Morgan

Man Could not have been standing straight ball entry on right side ranging across downwards and inward consequently he was leaning forward head turned slightly to the left in probing the wound had to turn the head to the left assailant must have been standing to the right

I have attended ths prisoner both prior and subsequent to this affair She is under my care to day

Now I say the head was turned to the left and body[?] pitched forward Illustrated by Dr. Morgan & Dist Atty

I am not able to say whether the body was turned sideways or not
