Sterling P. White v. John Cody. Coroner's Inquest

 

Dr. M.A. Lyle was sworn by the coroner and ordered to make a post mortem examination and the testified as follows that the deceased died from internal hemorage and that it was caused by a pistol ball entering the body between the 10th and 11th ribs and then entering through the inner walls of the abdomen.

Question by the court have you made a thorough examination. Ans. yes
