Sterling P. White v. John Cody. Arrest Warrant

 

United States of America Territory of Washington} ss

To any sheriff or constable of the county

An inquisition having then this day found by the coroner's jury now stating that A.L. Beardon came to his death by the act of S. White alias Bud White by criminal means you are therefore commanded in the name of the United States of America forthwith to arrest the above named S. White alias Bud White and take him before the nearest or most accessible magistrate in this county.

Given under my hand this 25th day of December AD 1884
