To R. C. Welch, John Jump, H. Beardon H. Portch, Frank Beardon, E. A. Portch, and O. J. Rogers

In the name of the United States you are hereby required to appear before the undersigned one of the Justice of the Peace in and for said County on the 5th day of Jan at 10 o'clock in the fore noon at his office in Brents to given evidence in a certain cause then and there to be tried between the Territory of Washington is plaintiff and S. White is defendant on the Part of the Territory as Plaintiff. Given under my hand this 26th day of December A.D. 1884
