Territory of Washington Plaintiff vs. Jim Ah Sock and Sam, Defendants.

Come now, the above named defendants Jim, Ah Sock, and Sam, by their attorney John P. Judson, and move the Court to dismiss this cause for the reason that it appears from the transcript and the record in this cause that the Justice of the Peace trying said cause had no Jurisdiction in the premises and no right to fine or imprison said defendant.

And because it appears from said transcript that the Judgment rendered in the cause is void.
