HABEAS CORPUS

The People of the United States of America to the Sheriff of King County J.E. Howland Greeting:

We command you,, that you have the bodies of C.E. Clayton, Geo Rosenthal, Wm. Lewis, John McDonald, Charles Olsen, Chas Kales, Frederick Londeand C. Roschman by you imprisoned and detained as it is said, together with the time and cause of such imprisonment and detention, by whatsoever name C.E. Clayton, Geo Rosenthal, Wm. Lewis, John McDonald, Chas Olsen, Chas Kales, Frederick Londe and C. Roschman shall be called or charged before the Hon. Roger S. Greene John P. Hoyt Judge of the aforesaid District Court of the Second Judicial District of Washingotn Territory at Olympia Thurston County Washington Territory at his office in said City on the eleventh day of October 1886 at the hour of three oclock P.M. of said day to do and receive what shall then and there by considered concerning the said C.E. Clayton, Geo Rosenthal, Wm. Lewis, John McDonald, Charles Olsen, Charles Kales, Frederick Londe and C. Roschman. And have you then and there this writ.

Witness the Hon. Roger S. Greene, Judge of said District Court, and the seal thereof this Ninth day of October A.D. 1886
