In the matter of the application of C.A. Clayton et. al. for a writ of Habeas corpus etc.

Upon being advised of the agreement of Counsel representing both petitioners and respondents in the above named matter-

It is considered and adjudged that the writ of habeas corpus issued commanding J.E. Howell to produce the bodies of the petitioners named in the petionpetition herein of file be quashed and set aside.
